Before the session I felt in massive confusion and not only at a cross-road, but standing at one of those direction signs with fourteen different arrows on it pointing in all different directions. I couldn’t make sense of where to go. The feeling often leads to despair and then giving up and doing nothing but spinning my wheels in place. Then I spoke one hour with the “clarifier-extraordinaire” Nell and she immediately helped me see that most of the arrows pointed nowhere good for me.
